Since the inn is near Osage Beach and all lake attractions, it is a good place to stay to be in the middle of it all. Guests can wake up in the morning to a wonderful breakfast before heading out for the day's adventures. If relaxation is what guests are after, they can unwind on the deck, patio, or in the sunroom. Have a nice soak in the six person hot tub or grab some friends and mingle while relaxing under the bubbles. From the sundeck, guests have a gallery view of the beautiful 7th hole of the golf course to watch golfers attempt to hit across the pond. This pond accentuates the beautiful trees, flowers, birds, and wildlife that are on the golf course. Guests can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the nearby pool where they can have a view of the lake. They can also trek along some private roads that offer excellent walking or biking trails with scenic views of the lake and countryside. Guests will have plenty of things to do and see when staying at the 3B's B&B. Guests will enjoy these suites so much, they may not want to ever leave their rooms. The suites are large & spacious and offer guests a great place to relax and unwind after a day's journey. Each suite comes with air- conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV with VCR, fans, daily newspaper, desk, telephone, hair dryer, and smoke detectors. Guests are able to enjoy the twinkling starts at nighttime from their patio, or they can relax in the fluffy bathrobes provided, sit down with a hot cup of coffee, and watch a movie until they drift off to sleep. If it is a cold night, soak in the whirlpool tub, then sit next to the glowing fireplace and nibble on the sweets that were left at turn down and enjoy the night. **This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all Friday and Saturday arrivals between 6/16/05-10/31/05 and 5/1/06-5/31/06. Not suitable for children 12 and under. Driving Information

75 Sylvan Bay Drive, Osage Beach, MO - From Columbia Regional Airport: Take HWY 63 south to HWY 54 to the Y Road exit. Follow Y Road west, past Big Surf. Look for the signs with the 3 bee's and arrows at each intersection. Go right to the general store on State Road, Y Avenue. The 3 B's sign directs to the left past the general store on Wavy Leaf Road (Y-49). Immeditately go left again on Fontana Lane (just past the car wash) for 1/2 mile. Go past the Sylvan Bay sign in the road and the inn is right there.
